Mark your calendars!! The 12th Annual Models of Pride Conference will be held at Occidental College in Eagle Rock on November 13, 2004. The conference, which is free to all youth ages 14 to 23, is filled with workshops, entertainment, food, networking, a resource fair, and a dance to round out the evening. The day begins at 8 am with on-site registration and ends at 8:30 pm.
Models of Pride 12 focuses on the interests and concerns of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender youth and straight allies, ages 14-23. The conference is filled with workshops, entertainment, a resource faire, food, networking opportunities, live music, and a dance party finale.
The major sponsor for this year's conference is Friends of Project 10. The Gay-Straight Alliance of Occidental College and the Occidental Intercultural Community Center are the conference co-sponsors.

The conference ends at 8:30 pm. No one will be allowed on the Occidental Campus after 9 pm.
The conference is FREE for all participants. Friends of Project 10, Inc. sponsors the conference through private donations and grants.
Spend the day making new friends, attending workshops on a variety of issues ranging from student political activism to dating and relationships.
Occidental College is located at 1600 Campus Road in the Eagle Rock district of Los Angeles, CA 90041.

Parking is free on the Occidental Campus. Visitors may park in the following lots:

There is some street parking available on Campus Road surrounding the campus.
A shuttle bus will transport MOP participants from the MTA Gold Line Highland Park Station to the Occidental College in Eagle Rock with pick-ups beginning at 7:20 a.m. and ending at 9:30 a.m. Transportation back to the MTA Gold Line Highland Park Station from Occidental College will begin at 6:30 p.m. and end at 8:45 p.m.
